This shoot was extra awesome for us because Jennifer and Ryan are no strangers! We shot this session at a nature center in Long Beach. It’s one of those hidden finds that feels like it’s miles and miles away from the city. There are tons of beautiful trees, a lake, and lots of birds and turtles around. The weather was just about perfect as well. We finished up their session at a nearby park.
This family is all about family. The love that Don, Gregg, and Ashley show for their children, Cameron and Grace, is awe-inspiring. They are not the most conventional of families, and that is what makes them even more special.
I am sure you will agree with me when I say that this is a truly beautiful family on many levels. The closeness they have is uncanny, and Will and Casie are incredibly good parents. I cannot say enough about their daughters who where so much fun, so polite and well mannered. The girls were a bit shy at first but warmed up to Sara and I rather quickly.
A couples photo session in a bookstore? Hell yes! When Natalie and Miranda told us that they love books and find old bookstores romantic we were all over the idea.
As cliche as it may sound, this was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a couple. The affection was free flowing and so genuine. The love these two have for each other is amazing and they truly are the reason we do what we do!
Meet Brock and Ali. They are two awesome married women that we were fortunate to meet through some mutual friends. Devlin is their awesome daughter. The hardest part of this session was running around after Devlin and trying to capture all of her adorable little expressions. She is such a character. We really have rough jobs.
Kurt and Gia wanted to have part of their engagement session with these vintage street lights at night.
These lights were so beautiful. And Kurt and Gia were glowing!
